Sophie Wilson

Sophie Wilson, also known as Roger Wilson, is a British computer scientist and engineer. She is best known for her work in the development of the Acorn microcomputer and the instruction set architecture of the ARM processor, which has become one of the most widely used processors in the world. Wilson's contributions have greatly influenced the field of computer architecture.

Co-designed the influential ARM architecture and contributed to the Acorn Microcomputer System. She played a key role in defining the ARM instruction set and has been an advocate for diversity and inclusion in technology, inspiring many in the field.
